After 40+ years as a professional musician, I have acquired a list of hundreds of songs, encompassing a Wide variety of genres and artists. This enables me to customize my set list according to the demographic and accommodate most requests. This variety has been very instrumental to my success in pleasing crowds (and venue owners/managers)

My Playlist varies nightly, according to the venue, type of function, crowd demographics, energy of the room and requests from: 

• ​Folk / Soft Rock / Folk Rock

• Classic Rock / Oldies

• Country, Old and New 

• 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000s +

• Motown / R&B

• Yacht Rock

• Standards

• Crooners

• Latin

Besides my wide variety, quality guitar and vocals, I also pride myself on keeping the volume appropriate. I look around to make sure people are able to talk without leaning in and/or raising their voices at each other. I periodically ask the front tables if the volume is ok and make adjustments accordingly. 

I can be mellow and tasteful when appropriate, rock it out when needed and know when to be aware and cautious with volume. 

I also add harmonica to many of my songs, while playing guitar, in order to give a little extra "texture" to the music.

While I am typically a soloist, I can include my percussionist if the event / function needs a little more energy and/or a "beat" to get the toes tapping and people dancing.
